Whether our projects are big or small, they take up space in our brains and weigh on our psyches. We want them done – but how do we get started? And how can we stay on task until the project is completed?

In this three-hour class, we use a workbook and other tools to practice the techniques that support the brain with planning. When possible and for students in the United States, the workbook and supplies will be mailed to students who register 7 days before the class.
