We teach a brain-based approach to getting things done
What we do, when we do it and how we get it done are controlled by the executive functions of the brain. Do you procrastinate? Is it hard to stay focused? Can you plan and prioritize your day (and stick with that plan in the face of a million interruptions)?
Our approach to time management, organization and planning is entirely brain-based. In our courses, you understand how your brain is wired and how to work with your strengths – and weaknesses. Together, we train your brain to use the visual tools/strategies that will help you reach your goals.
Every class includes a component around mindfulness.

We currently offer two classes and recommend you start with the Time Management class. In this three hour, hands-on class, you learn exactly what you need to manage time well and get control over your life.

The skills of time management, organization and planning are in high demand throughout our lives. In this 9 week intensive program, we meet (virtually or in-person) for one hour a week. You’ll get a life-changing perspective about how your brain works and finish the course with a toolbox of targeted techniques – and a heart full of hope.
The course definitely covered some of my problem areas. While the practical and tactical solutions are simple, Mary Ellen did a great job of connecting efficiency problems to their causes and solutions with relevant scientific research.
