Brain-based Time Management Class
Approved by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board for 3 Residential Contractor CECs
when you manage your time well, you save money
In the world of contracting, you are compelled to work faster, multitask, and squeeze productivity into every open moment. Your day is packed with meeting clients, writing bids, scheduling jobs, filling out paperwork, meeting inspectors, paying bills and taxes, organizing tools, and getting the job done. You have too much to do and not enough time to do it in.
Your brain is calling the shots
How our brains are wired is how we are driven through the day. In this class, you’ll find out how your brain works and how to support it so you can:
- prioritize your tasks
- plan the week effectively
- start, focus, finish
- stick to a schedule
- be on time
- avoid procrastination
This 3 hour class is designed to enhance both your business and your personal life. It’s fun, relevant, and will absolutely change the way you move through time.
Brain-based Time Management is taught by Mary Ellen Baker, an experienced Time Management Instructor with 4+ years in teaching executive functioning skills.

What people say…
This class was one of the most interesting, relevant and well-presented classes I have attended in a very long time. Mary did a great job presenting the content of the class in an engaging manner. I loved the slides, the handout and the information presented throughout the class. I also really enjoyed Mary’s willingness to share examples of her own life experience to keep it funny and help the listener connect. I was hooked! The content helped reinforce some things I already practice and taught me new things that I am looking forward to trying. I really could listen to content like this all day long!
