Planning
Are you overwhelmed by your To Do list?
This class will help you get a handle on how to manage an overflowing list of tasks. Many people think they should “just remember” everything that needs to get done… but the brain isn’t wired to categorize task lists and remind us of what we need to do at just the correct time… (Think of all the really important things you remember in the middle of the night.)
In this live, hands-on three-hour class, you will begin to create your own Master List of tasks, learn how to break a project into steps (and understand why your brain needs this), get strategies to deal with interruptions/distractions, and leave with an easy-to-follow action plan.
